摘要
目的对雪茶进行系统性的生药研究及总氨基酸的含量测定。方法采用基源鉴定、性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别、理化检查方法做系统生药鉴别,用UV法测定雪茶中的总氨基酸。结果确定了雪茶的基源,并规定药材水分不得超过12.0%、8.0%,浸出物中总氨基酸不得少于5.0%、0.03%。结论所用方法可用于雪茶的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE To establish the pharmacognostic study on Xue tea and determination of total amino acid. METHODS Xue tea were identified with plant origin identification, morphological identification, microscopical identification and TLC methods. UV spectrometer method was used to determine the total amino acid in Xue tea. RESULTS The research demonstrated the original plant of Xue tea. The moisture should not exceed 12.0%, total ash not exceed 8.0%, extract total amino acid is not less than 5.0% ,0.03% in the extracts of Xue tea. CONCLUSION The methods are credible, reproducible and were useful for the quality control of Xue tea.
