摘要 目的采用GC-MS法分析维药柽柳实中挥发油的化学成分。方法分别采用药典中的水蒸气蒸馏提取和超声提取方法提取柽柳实的挥发油,使用气质联用技术获得挥发油的总离子流图,各色谱峰相应的质谱图经过NIST2011标准谱库检索定性,并采用峰面积归一化法进行定量分析,计算出各化合物成分的相对百分含量。结果两种方法分别鉴定出49种和42种挥发油成分,其基本成分一致,但含量有差异。结论柽柳实挥发油中鉴定出脂肪酸、酯类、醇类、醛酮类和芳香烃类等成分。两种提取方法中超声提取法对柽柳实挥发油提取速度快,效果好。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical composition of the volatile oil form Tamarix chinensis fruit(TCF). METHODS To extract the volatile oils from TCF by the method of steam distillation and ultrasound in pharmacopoeia. To obtain total ion current of volatile oils by GC - MS. The mass spectra were retrieved by NIST 2011 and the relative percentage content of the compounds were caculatede by peak area normalization. RESULTS 49 and 42 kinds of volatile oil components were identified by two methods. Their basic components were identical, but there was some difference among the contents. CONCLUSION TCF has been identified as a variety of fatty acids, esters, alcohols, aldehydes ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons as well as other chemical constituents. The ultrasonic extraction had better effect in two extraction methods of essential oil extracted in TCF.
