摘要
目的采用HPLC测定赤胫散中的3,3'-二甲基鞣花酸和3,3',4'-三甲基鞣花酸。方法色谱柱为Dikma-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(17∶33∶50),流速1 m L·min^-1,检测波长248 nm,柱温30℃。结果 3,3'-二甲基鞣花酸0.198-0.990μg(r=0.9991)、3,3',4'-三甲基鞣花酸0.098-0.491μg(r=0.9990)与峰面积的线性关系良好,回收率分别为102.40%、98.41%,RSD分别为2.25%、1.87%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于赤胫散药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 3,3' - di - 0 - methyl ellagic acid and 3,3' ,4' - trimethyl ellagic acid in Polygonum runcinatum. METHODS Dikma - Cl8 column column and methyl - acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid( 17 : 33 : 50) mobile phage were used. The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1 arid the detection wavelength was 248 nra. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear ranges of 3,3' - di - 0 - methyl ellagic acid and 3,3' ,4' - trimethyl ellagic acid were 0. 198 -0. 990 p,g( r = 0. 9991 ) and 0. 098 - 0. 491 μg(0. 9990) , respectively. The average recoveries were 102.40% (RSD = 2.25% , n = 6 ) and 98.41% ( RSD = 1.87% , n = 6 ) , respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of P. runcinatum.
