农药除草剂雄性生殖毒性研究进展

Research progress on male reproductive toxicity induced by herbicides

除草剂农药广泛应用于农业生产和人类生活环境,由于其在环境中高残留性及持久性而导致生殖危害问题,已成为预防医学及相关领域研究的热点。本文综述了近年来几类常用除草剂的雄性生殖毒性及作用机制,并提出目前存在亟待解决的问题及建议。

Herbicides, which are widely used in agricultural production and human living environment, have become a research hotspot in preventive medicine and the related fields due to their high residual resistance and durability in the environment causing reproductive hazards. Male reproductive toxicity and the related mechanisms of several commonly used herbicides are well reviewed in this paper, and the existing problems and some suggestions are also putting forward.
