摘要
采用碱性水解-芬顿氧化-好氧生物组合工艺处理农药悬浮制剂生产废水,当进水COD、BOD5和氨氮分别为12 765、560和50.3 mg/L时,出水COD、BOD5和氨氮分别为47、2.7和3.3 mg/L,去除率分别为99.6%、99.5%和93.4%,出水水质可达到《黄河流域(陕西段)污水综合排放标准》(DB 61/224—2011)的一级标准。
The combined process of alkaline hydrolysis, Fenton oxidation and aerobic biological treatment was used to treat pesticide wastewater. When the concentrations of COD, BOD5 and ammonia nitrogen in the influent were 12 765 mg/L, 560 mg/L and 50.3 mg/L respectively, the corresponding concentrations in the effluent were 47 mg/L, 2.7 mg/L and 3.3 mg/L respectively, and the removal rates of COD, BOD5 and ammonia nitrogen were 99.6% , 99.5% and 93.4% respectively. The effluent quality met Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard in Yellow River Basin (Shaanxi Section) (DB 61/ 224 - 2011 ).
