消癌平注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaoaiping Injection Combined with TP Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的：研究消癌平注射液联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法：将晚期非小细胞肺癌患者63例用数字随机表法分为治疗组30例和对照组33例。治疗组接受消癌平注射液联合TP（紫杉醇＋顺铂）方案化疗,消癌平注射液于化疗周期第1-14天使用,每天20 ml;对照组接受标准TP（紫杉醇＋顺铂）方案化疗。42 d后观察两组患者的近期疗效和毒副反应。结果：治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为56.67%和39.39%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.170）;治疗组与对照组的生活质量改善率分别为60.00%和27.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.022）。治疗组的骨髓抑制作用好于对照组（P〈0.05）,其他毒副反应两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论：消癌平注射液联合TP方案化疗和单独接受TP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效相似,但前者能明显提高患者生存质量,减少化疗毒副作用。

OBJECTIVE：To study the clinical efficacy and toxic and adverse reactions of Xiaoaiping injection combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. METHODS：Totally 63 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into treatment group（n=30）and control group（n=33）by random numble table. Treatment group was treated by Xiaoaiping injection combined with TP（paclitaxel＋cisplatin）chemotherapy and Xiaoaiping injection was used from the1 st day to the 14 th day（20 ml/d）;control group was treated by TP（paclitaxel＋cisplatin）chemotherapy. The short term efficacy and toxic and adverse reactions of 2 groups were observed after 42 d. RESULTS：The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was respectively 56.67% and 39.39%,with significant difference（P=0.170）;the improvement rate of life quality in treatment group and control group was respectively 60.00% and 27.27%,with significant difference（P=0.022）. The myelosuppression in treatment group was better than control group（P0.05）,there was no significant difference among other toxic and adverse reactions in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS：The efficacy of Xiaoaiping injection combined with TP chemotherapy is similar to only TP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. But the combination can obviously improve the life quality and reduce the toxic and adverse reactions.
