Omega-3脂肪酸在防治人体疾病中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的:为Omega-3脂肪酸用于防治人体疾病提供参考。方法:查阅文献,整理和归纳Omega-3脂肪酸在防治人体疾病中的最新研究进展。结果:Omega-3脂肪酸在维持人体内稳态环境、调节肠内肠外营养、调节免疫、抗肿瘤及抗心血管疾病方面具有积极作用。结论:Omega-脂肪酸具有广泛的生物学活性及广阔的应用前景。
