摘要
通过化学共沉淀法制备了CuO-NiO复合氧化物。在最优条件下,该复合物修饰玻碳电极对葡萄糖检测的线性范围为2×10-6~4.1×10-3mol/L;灵敏度为4116μA·L·mmol-1·cm-2;检测限为0.2μmol/L(S/N=3)。传感器可用于葡萄糖检测。
CuO-NiO nanocomposite has been successfully fabricated by chemical co-precipitation. The glassy carbon electrode modified with CuO-NiO nanocomposite showed high electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of glucose in alkaline media,and a nonenzymatic glucose sensor was constructed based on the functional nanocomposite modified electrode. Under optimal experimental conditions,the sensor showed a fast response to glucose with a good linear concentration range from 2. 0 × 10- 3to 4. 1 mmol / L,a high sensitivity of 4116μA·L·mmol- 1·cm- 2and a limit detection of 0. 2 μmol / L( S / N = 3). The sensor showed good accuracy and reproducibility. Moreover,the proposed sensor was highly selective to glucose in the presence of commonly interfering species like AA,UA and DA.
