Trace analysis of petrochemicals by X- ray fluorescence spectrometry: a review

摘要 阐述了近几年来XRF技术分析多种石油化工产品的研究现状,包括各种石油产品、精细石油化学品、高分子合成材料分析中存在的问题及改进方法。探讨了该领域未来的发展趋势与研究展望,提出便携式XRF将会是石油化工产品快速元素分析、质量监控等领域中最具前景的测试技术。 Petrochemicals is closely related to people 's life and its quality is been widely concerned. X-ray fluorescence technology is a fast,economic,non-destructive analysis,and can be used in the quality surveillance of petrochemicals. This review introduces the analysis of various petrochemicals by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and new application of these methods and techniques in recent years. Petrochemical products include oil,fine chemicals from petroleum,polymer composite materials,etc. The technology problems and the improvement methods are also described. Also,we discuss trends and future of XRF in trace analysis of petrochemicals and comment on the portable XRF which will be the most promising testing technology for fast element analysis and quality control of petrochemicals.
