摘要
以20个生产上广泛应用的苦荞材料为研究对象,研究了不同材料在茎秆强度和株高、子叶节间、基部1--3节间长和直径等10个植株性状上的差异,采用相关性分析对茎秆强度与性状的关系进行了研究。结果表明,不同材料间在株高、重心高度及基部各节间长度方面差异显著,通辽苦荞显著高于其他材料,西荞1号株高、重心高度最低,分别为41.72、20.21cm;在各节间直径及机械强度方面,以云荞2号表现较高,以通辽苦荞在第1∽2节间的机械强度最低;穿刺强度方面,以滇宁1号、云荞1号表现较高。相关分析表明,茎秆抗折力与主茎节数、节间长度呈显著正相关;子叶节间穿刺强度与株高、重心高度相关系数达显著水平,相关系数分别达到0.58、0.54,而其余各节间穿刺强度与各茎秆性状间并未达到显著相关。
Twenty tartary buckwheats cuhivars were selected as materials to investigate the difference of different cultivars in stem strength and other plant characters as the length of cotyledonary internodes, the first and third of basal internodes, plant height, etc. Relationships between stem strength and plant traits were studied using the corre- lation analysis. The result showed "Tongliao" tartary buckwheat was significantly higher than other cultivars in plant height, height of gravity center and length of each basal internode. Height of gravity center and plant height of Xiqiao NO. 1 were 41.72cm,20.21cm,which was the lowest among all varieties;It was Yunqiao NO. 1 tartary buckwheat that had greatest performance on thickness and mechanical strength of each eulm basal internode. "Tongliao" tartary buckwheat was lower than other cultivars in the aspect of the mechanical strength at the first and second internode. The puncture strength of Yunqiao NO. 2 and Dian ning NO. 2 was relatively higher. Correlation analysis showed that the culm mechanical strength was significantly correlated to the node numbers of main stem, each internode length. A significant positive correlation was found between cotyledon node puncture strength, plant height and height of gravity center (r = 0.58,0.54 ), whereas there was no significant correlation between puncture strength of the other basal internode and plant characters.
