不同施肥水平下谷友对晋谷21号光合特性及产量的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Fertilizer and Herbicide on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Foxtail Millet

摘要 2011-2012年,采用3因素二次通用旋转组合设计,探讨氮肥、磷肥、除草剂谷友对晋谷21号光合特性与产量的影响。结果表明,单因素氮肥、磷肥用量对叶绿素含量指数、净光合速率、叶面积指数和产量有显著影响,随着施氮、磷量的增加,这4个指标均表现为先升后降的趋势;单因素除草剂谷友对净光合速率、叶面积指数和产量有显著影响,随着谷友量的增加,净光合速率、叶面积指数和产量均表现为先增后减趋势。在所研究的3个因素中,氮肥和除草剂谷友之间交互作用对叶绿素含量指数、净光合速率、叶面积指数和产量的影响达到显著水平。产量与3因素间具极显著的回归关系,且有较高的拟合程度,可预测实际生产。施N 198kg/hm2,施P2O588kg/hm2,施谷友1 956g/hm2的施肥除草模式可使晋谷21号产量最高,此时产量为5 274kg/hm2。 Three factors quadratic current rotation revolving design was used to investigate the effects of nitrogen, phosphate, and herbicide Guyou on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of millet, Jingu 21 in this experiment. The results showed that the levels of nitrogen and phosphate all had significant effects on chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rate, leaf area index and yield of millet, and the four indexes were increased at first and then de- creased with the increase of nitrogen or phosphate. The herbicide Guyou level had great effect on net photosynthetic rate, leaf area index and yield, and the three indexes were increased at first and then decreased with the increase of herbicide Guyou level. The interactions between nitrogen and herbicide Guyou level showed significant effects on chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rate, leaf area index and yield of millet. The regression relationship between the phosphate ,nitrogen, herbicide Guyou and the yield of Jingu 21 was significant,which could he used for the actual production forecast. The highest yield as 5 274kg/hm2 was expected when fertilization of 198kg/hm2 for nitrogen, 88kg/hm2 for phosphate, 1 956g/hm: for herbicide Guyou could be applied.
