PCK视域下的高职英语教师培养探究 被引量:2

摘要 PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)学科教学知识是教师专业知识结构的核心,也就是教师除了具备专业学科知识和教学法知识外,还要拥有二者的综合知识:学科教学知识。教师对一门学科的综合性知识、对学生知识水平的了解程度、对学科内容的知识构成的分析以及呈现某一学科的策略知识直接影响到教学效果。因此教师既要有学科专业知识,又要具备学科教学知识。要根据社会和行业需求,以深入浅出的方式把学科知识呈现给学生,培养学生的终身学习理念。
