广泛型侵袭性牙周炎非手术治疗的疗效及对血液指标的影响

Curative Effect of Non-operative Treatment in Generalized Aggressive Periodontitis and Its Effects on Blood Indexes

目的:探讨广泛型侵袭性牙周炎(GAg P)非手术治疗的疗效。方法:选择30例GAg P患者为观察组,同期32例健康人群为对照组。检测两组治疗前血液指标和临床指标及观察组治疗后血液指标和临床指标。对比治疗前后观察组疗效、血液指标变化。结果:观察组治疗前白细胞、中性粒细胞、中性粒细胞百分比等指标数值高于对照组(均P<0.05)。淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞百分比、血小板等指标比较,两组差异不显著(均P>0.05)。观察组治疗前总蛋白、球蛋白、A/G等指标和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。白蛋白、三酰甘油、血糖等指标比较,两组差异不显著(均P>0.05)。治疗后3月、6月观察组临床指标明显较治疗前改善(均P<0.01),且治疗后6月改善更明显(均P<0.01)。治疗前后观察组血细胞各指标计数均在正常范围内。观察组治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞计数均较治疗前明显降低,差异显著(均P<0.05),而其他指标治疗前后比较,无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。观察组治疗后总蛋白、球蛋白水平均较治疗前明显降低,差异显著(均P<0.05),而治疗后白蛋白水平、A/G比值均较治疗前明显升高,差异显著(均P<0.01);三酰甘油、血糖水平治疗前后比较,无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论:GAg P患者血液指标存在明显改变;牙周非手术治疗可以抑制GAg P的炎症反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective：To study curative effect of non-operative treatment in generalized aggressive periodontitis.Meth-ods：30 patients with GAgP were selected as the observation group,and 32 cases of healthy people during the same peri-od were set as control group.The blood indicators and clinical indicators of two groups before treatment were detected. After treatment the blood indexes and clinical indexes of observation group were detected.Efficacy and blood index chan-ges of observation group before and after the treatment were compared.Results：Before treatment the indexes of WBC, neutrophil,neutrophil percentage rate of observation groups were higher than those of the control group （all P〈0.05 ）. Lymphocytes,lymphocyte percentage and platelet index were compared,and no significant differences were found be-tween the two groups （P〉0.05）.Before the treatment,the total protein,globulin,and A/G indicators of the observa-tion group were compared with those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （all P 〈0.05 ）.Albumin,three indexes of acyl glycerin and blood sugar were compared separately,and there were no significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）.3 months and 6 months after the treatment,the clinical indicators of ob-servation group respectively were improved significantly than those before treatment （both P〈0.01）,and the indicators 6 month after treatment were improved more dramatically （P〈0.01 ）.Blood cell count before and after treatment in ob-serve group were within the normal range.White blood cells,neutrophilic granulocyte count after treatment observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant differences （P〈0.05）,while other indicators before and after treatment,with no statistical differences （P〉0.05）.After treatment,observation group＇s total protein, globulin level was significantly reduced,and the significant difference was found（P〈0.05）,and albumin levels and A/G ratio were increased significantly,with the significant differences （P〈0.01）;Three acyl glycerin and blood sugar lev-el before and after treatment were found no statistical differences （P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion：Blood index exists obvious change in GAgP patients.Periodontal non-operative treatment can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of GAgP,and im-prove the curative effect.
