摘要
microRNA(miRNA)是一类长约为22 nt的小分子非编码单链RNA,由独立的非编码区RNA或蛋白编码基因的内含子转录而来,通过与其靶mRNA的3’非翻译区结合引起靶mRNA抑制发挥调节作用。近年来,miRNA在阿尔茨海默病中的角色引起广泛关注,本文从miRNA对β淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白的影响两个方面总结了最新研究进展,以期为相关研究者提供参考。
MiRNA is a class of small,noncoding RNAs of 21 ~23 nucleotides that regulate gene expression at the postt-ranscriptional level by binding to the mRNA of protein-coding genes.In recent years,roles of miRNAs in Alzheimer's dis-ease pathogenesis have been paid wide attentions.This article reviews the lately progress in the effects of miRNAs on am-yloid-beta production and the microtubule-associated protein tau metabolism,which supplies a reference for further study on AD.
