嵌入科研管理过程的信息服务模式研究——以中国科学院研究所为例

Study on Information Service Embedded in Scientific Research Management:A Case of Chinese Academy of Sciences

以中国科学院13个研究所的科研管理人员为对象,采用深度访谈的方法调研科研管理过程中的信息需求,概括出科研管理过程中所需的五项信息服务:信息资源推送、专题培训、专题报告、动态信息推送、信息平台搭建。结合学科馆员的服务实践,从信息服务的内容、形式、时机、服务中用到的工具与资源、协同机制、用户反馈机制等方面对信息服务进行设计,提出针对项目管理、科研成果管理及评价、知识产权管理、战略规划、院地合作/国际合作、成果转移转化、平台建设的信息服务模式,形成嵌入科研管理过程的信息服务模式。

This paper investigates information needs during scientific research management process. The in- depth interview is used and the scientific research management staff in 13 institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are interviewed. Based on the survey results, five types of information service are promoted, which are information resources recommendation, subject training, information analysis report, news feed, and informa- tion platform. Associated with the practice of subject librarians, the information service model is designed from the aspect of the content, pattern, occasion, tools and resources used, collaboration mechanism and user feed- back mechanism. Different types of information service models are promoted for project management, scientific output management and evaluation, intellectual property management, strategic planning, scientific collabora- tion, transfer and transformation for scientific output, information platform construction. The information serv- ice embedded in scientific research management thus takes shape. 1 fig. 21 tabs. 9 refs.
