高校人文社会科学学术发展战略探究——以深化科研领域综合改革为视角

Research on the Academic Strategy of Humanities and Social Sciences in Universities——From the perspective of deepening the comprehensive reform of scientific research

当前,我国高校人文社会科学正经历着由学科导向向问题导向、由外延扩张向内涵发展、由封闭运行向协同创新的深刻转型。而对于高校而言,实现这一转型的重要手段就是学术战略的调整与优化。针对高校人文社会科学学术战略制定上存在的边缘化、功利化、空洞化倾向,高校应从确立合理的学术愿景出发,通过科学的内外部分析以及实施差异化、多元化战略,构建起五位一体的战略框架。同时,推进学术管理体制、学术组织架构、学术评价体系改革,建立多元化的战略评价体系,全面深化科研领域综合改革,确保学术战略的顺利实施。

Nowadays, the humanities and social sciences in the universities in China is experiencing a profound transformation, which is from the subject-oriented to the problem-oriented, from the expansion of denotation to the connotation of development, and from the closed-running to the collaborative innovation . As for the universities, one of the significant approaches to realize this transformation is to adjust and optimize their academic strategies. However, when making the academic strategies, the universities were criticized for their tendencies of marginalization, utilitarian and devoid of content. For this concern, universities should establish their reasonable academic visions, and build up the ＂Five in One＂ strategic framework through the scientific internal and external analysis. Meanwhile, only by promoting the reformation of the academic management system, the academic organization structure, the academic evaluation system, and establishing a diversified strategic evaluation system, universities can ensuring the smooth implementation of the academic strategies.
