二氧化硫胁迫对园林植物生长和叶片含硫量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了筛选出对SO2既有较强的吸收能力同时有较强抵抗力的园林植物。本文通过人工熏气实验造成SO2对园林植物的胁迫,并在人工熏气的0,2,4,6,8,10,12 h分别测定所选14种园林植物的叶片含硫量和生长状态,并判断各园林植物的吸硫能力和SO2对其生长的影响。结果表明加拿大杨、红瑞木、夹竹桃、刺槐、构树的叶片原始含硫量较大,栾树、刺槐、加拿大杨、桑树和女贞叶片有较强的吸硫能力。同时发现除了构树和红瑞木的叶片含硫量随熏气时间的增长总体呈下降趋势外,其余12种园林植物的叶片含硫量均随熏气时间的增长总体呈上升趋势。 The objective of this research is to find some plants that not only have strong resistance to SO2 but also can greatly absorb SO2 in air. 14 kinds of common garden plants were treated by SO2 fumigation test, and the sulfur content in leaves and their effects on the growth were measured at 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 10 h and 12 h, respectively. The results showed that the original sulfur contents in Populus canadensis Moench, Swida alba Optiz, Nerium indicum Mill, Robinia pseudoacacial L.and Broussonetia papyrifera(Linn.) L'Hér. ex Vent leaves were larger, and the abilities of Koelreuteria paniculata‘September', R. pseudoacacial, P. canadensis, Morus alba L. and Ligustrum lucidum Ait leaves to absorb sulfur were stronger. At the same time except the sulfur contents of B. papyrifera and S. alba leaves falling with the increase of fumigation time, the sulfur contents in other 12 kinds of plants leaves showed a rising trend in general.
