摘要 为保证高压输电网络的安全运营,本文以地理信息系统技术为核心,研发了高压输电网智能巡检系统。该系统的基础数据管理层,采用了C/S架构的地理信息系统技术研发,实现对输电线路及设备的基础数据的空间管理与维护,为系统运行提供基础数据。系统的巡检管理层,采用了B/S模式的WEBGIS研发技术,实现对巡检任务的制定与分发,并通过GPRS无线通信技术和GPS全球定位技术实时定位监督、管理与控制巡检任务的执行状况,实时汇总巡检任务产生的缺陷数据并统计分析,再根据专家知识给出消缺处理方案;系统的野外巡检层,采用了基于PDA的嵌入式GIS开发技术,采用GPS实时精确定位并采集巡检人员的工作路径和巡检数据,再通过GPRS实现与基础数据管理层和巡检管理层的数据交互。该系统的实际应用,证明了系统的可行性和有效性。 For the safe operation of high voltage transmission network, this paper applied the technology of Geographic Information System to establish a High Voltage Transmission Network Patrol Inspection System(HVTNPIS). The basic data management layer of HVTNPIS was developed by the technology of C/S-based GIS to manage and provide basic spatial data of the high voltage transmission network for the whole system. The patrol inspection management layer of HVTNPIS was implemented with the technology of B/S-based Web GIS to create and distribute patrol inspection tasks, supervise, manage and control timely the execution states of all tasks by using GPRS and GPS technology, to collect and analyze the power defect data, and further provide maintenance solution with the expert knowledge. The field patrol inspection layer of HVTNPIS was designed by introducing embedded GIS to position, collect and transmit the patrol paths of patrol workers and power defect data to the basic data management layer and patrol inspection management layer in a real time method. The application results of HVTNPIS showed its feasibility and effectiveness.
