地铁车站地区地下空间利用研究——以厦门轨道2号线湖滨中路站地区为例

根据车站地区地下空间功能特点,以厦门轨道2号线湖滨中路站车站地区为例提出地铁车站地区地下空间综合利用应注重整体规划、功能协调、以人为本、近远结合的规划原则。在设计中应充分分析开发条件,重点研究公共空间和交通组织,实现地下空间的有效集约利用,充分挖掘其价值。
