2.3ALOHA模型计算敏感点质量分数模拟不同AcOH泄漏量事故状态下ALOHA模型敏感点质量分数计算值如表4所示。
根据图9~12,可以看出测量出影响区域内敏感点——装置主控室(下风向100m,侧风向50m)在60min内的毒性质量分数和易燃质量分数变化曲线图,这个功能可以为敏感点或重点关注区域的应急决策做出更加仔细的指导。ALOHA模拟出了户外质量分数和室内质量分数,曲线很好地说明此处的AcOH质量分数变化趋势:在反应器爆燃瞬间,约在1min左右,户外含量达到了最高点,而2~5min后,户外含量趋于0。室内含量变化不大,对操作人员影响不严重。
Through the application of ALOHA model to hazardous chemicals AcOH in PTA plant, simulation calcula- tion and evaluation was carried out on AcOH leakage accident. The methods for determination the protective dis- tance were put forward. The effects of plant abnormal production on environment were reduced effectively.
