运用我厂生产的高密度涤纶复合超细纤维POY加工55 dtex/24 f DTY时,在保证物理外观、顺利织造的前提下,设定一热箱温度145℃,关闭二热箱,加0罗拉和1罗拉上预网络,拉伸倍数1.67,才能满足于高密度涤锦复合丝的顺利生产及指标要求。
