The common faults of the centrifuge included the abnormal of emergency stop switch, the wrong position of dispersion unit, slurry inlet valve/EG outlet valve abnormal shaft temperature unusual, slurry/EG flow abnormal, centrifuge abnormal vibration and rotational speed abnormal. The problems were analysed. Relevant measures were taken to solve the common faults.
