摘要
近年来,制造业员工离职现象越来越严重,部分沿海地区甚至出现了用工荒现象。鉴于此,本文针对合肥市经开区制造型企业,以问卷调查形式获取的347份原始数据为样本,利用采取层级回归的方式对情绪劳动对员工离职倾向的影响机制进行了分析,并进一步研究了情绪耗竭在情绪劳动与员工离职倾向关系中的作用机制。研究结果发现,表层劳动对企业员工离职倾向具有显著的正向影响;深层劳动对员工离职倾向具有显著负向影响,并且,情绪耗竭在情绪劳动与员工离职倾向关系之间起中介作用。
In recent years, employee turnover of manufacturing industry is more and more seri- ous. Even labor shortage is found in some coastal areas. In view of this, taking 347 copies of origi- nal data as samples gained from questionnaire survey focusing on manufacturing enterprises in Hefei Economic & Technological Development Area, this paper analyzed the influence mechanism of emo tional labor on the employee turnover intention using hierarchical regression, then further studied the role of emotional exhaustion in emotional labor and employee turnover intention. The study shows that surface labor has a significant positive effect on the enterprise employee turnover inten fion l deep labor has a significant negative impact on employee turnover intention, and emotional ex haustion mediates the relation between emotional labor and employee turnover intention.
