江汉油田水平井找堵水技术探讨 被引量:4

摘要 江汉油田由于在水平井找堵水工艺方面没有相应的成熟技术,油田的整体开发效果已经受到严重影响。将智能分层开采技术在直井找堵水中所积累的经验运用到套管分段射孔完井的水平井找堵水作业中,形成水平井智能分段找堵水技术。实现该技术的管柱主要由生产管柱、丢手、扶正器、K341封隔器和智能开关器等组成,其核心是智能开关器。作业时,依靠K341封隔器对整个水平射孔段实现有效封隔,凭借智能开关器的自动换向进行分段找堵水。 Integrated development effect is restricted by the lack of relevant water plugging detection technology in horizontal wells in Jianghan Oilfield .Smart segmented water plugging detection technology in horizontal wells has taken shape by applying accumulated experience in using smart slicing technique to detect water plugging in vertical wells to water plugging detection of horizontal wells with casing segmental perforation completion .The string for this technology consists mainly of production string ,release ,stabilizer ,K341 packer and smart switch ( the core of components ) .In the course of operation ,K341 packer is used to envelop effectively overall level perforation interval and smart switch is used to detect segmental water plugging through automatic reverse .
