摘要
信访工作的要求、体制和工作性质往往会给信访工作者带来一定的心理问题。要调适信访干部的心理健康,组织和个人应在思想上进一步提高信访工作人员的政治思想素质;在工作上真情关心信访工作人员的身心健康;在精神上真正重视信访工作人员的成长进步;在生活上主动关注信访工作者的健康需求;在心态上积极引导信访工作者调整好情绪。
The system and nature of petition work often brings about some mental problems to ombudsmen .Adjus‐ting their mental health requires improving their ideological quality ,concerning their physical and mental health as well as their development course ,paying close attention to their health needs and actively guiding them in feeling ad‐justment .
