乡村生态建设的调查研究——以靖远县葛埫村为例

Investigation on the Rural Ecological Construction——A Case Study Of Getang Village in Jingyuan County

以靖远县葛埫村的生态建设为研究对象,采取调查问卷和访谈法的方式对当地生态建设进行了调查。调查结果表明:葛埫村生态建设仍然存在水资源缺乏、植被破坏严重、农业污染严重、农村文化越来越落后等问题。在此基础上提出了调整农业生产结构、落实"退耕还林"政策、搞好环境卫生工作、加强新农村文化建设等对策。

Based on questionnaire and interview, the author made the investigation on ecological construction of Getang village in Jingyuan County. The result shows that there are some problems such as the shortage of water, the destruction of vegetation, the pollution of agricultural production and the increasing backward of rural culture. It also put forward some countermeasures including the adjustment of agricultural structure, the implementation of the policy ＂ returning land for farming to forestry＂, the improvement of healthy environment and strengthening the new rural culture, etc.
