摘要
花生是我国重要的油料作物和经济作物,提高籽仁中油酸含量成为我国重要的花生品质育种目标之一。采用传统杂交育种方法,结合SSR标记应用和种子无损伤品质选择技术,选育出高油酸小花生品种花育51号、花育52号和高油酸大花生品种花育951。本文主要介绍三个高油酸花生品种的选育过程和特征特性。
Peanut is an important oil crop and economic crop in China. It is an important breeding goal of peanut quality to raise oleic acid content in peanut seed. We have developed three high oleic peanut varieties by hybridization breeding method, SSR markers and quality selection technology. HuayuS1 and Huayu52 are small-seeded groundnut varieties, and Huayu951 is large-seeded groundnut variety. The breeding process and characteristics of three high oleic peanut varieties are introduced in this paper.
