Legal Issues of the Admittance of Foreign Capital into China-ASEAN Free Trade Area

随着中国—东盟自由贸易区的正式启动,中国与东盟各国的相互投资将会不断增多。当前中国—东盟自由贸易区在外资准入方面还存在很多问题,从中国与东盟各自的国内法以及国际法两方面分别对其进行集中分析,厘清自贸区内外资准入的法律障碍,以期推进自贸区内投资自由化。

With the starting of the China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, the mutual investment from China and ASEAN will be gradually increased. There are many issues on the admittance of foreign capital in the China -ASEAN Free Trade Area. This paper analyzes their domestic laws and international laws and makes the law barrier clear for the admittance of foreign capital into the free trade area so as to advance the freedom of investment in the free trade area.
