全自动防水闸门在镇城底矿的应用 被引量:2

摘要 镇城底矿地质构造复杂,断层、陷落柱发育,水文地质条件复杂,属带压开采。为防止奥灰突水造成淹井事故,在矿井760轨道大巷建立了防水闸门,但原防水闸门构件复杂,人工操作困难,关闭时间较长。因此,结合矿井实际情况,在原有基础上对其进行了技术改造,建立了全自动防水闸门控制系统。通过几年来的应用,证实了该系统操作方便、简单、迅速、自动化程度高,降低了工人的劳动强度,缩短了防水闸门的关闭时间,提高了防水闸门的功能和作用,能有效防止重大水灾事故的发生,具有较好的经济和社会效益。 Zhenchengdi coal mine, the geological structure is complex, fault and collapse column are develo- ping, hydrogeological condition is also complex, belonging to the mining with pressure. In order to prevent the mine flooding accident that caused by Ordovician limestone water outburst, establishes the waterproof gate in 760 track roadway of mine, but the component of original waterproof gate is complex, shut down takes a long time. Therefore, combines with the practical situation of the mine, set out a new technical proposal, carries out the technical reform on the basis of original, sets up automatic waterproof gate control system. After a few years application, confirms that the system is easy to operate, simple, rapid and highly automatic, reduces the labor intensity of workers and the water- proof gate shut time, improves the function and efficiency of waterproof gate, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of major flooding accident, has great economic and social benefits.
