在许多行业中标杆管理被视为改善企业经营绩效、提高竞争力最有效果的管理工具,而现行机械制造市场竞争激烈,其竞争主题是创新、质量和速度,因此,迫切需要把标杆管理应用到机械制造企业。本文介绍了标杆管理法及其标杆管理的应用,阐述了标杆管理的实施步骤,并通过对同时使用山西煤矿机械制造有限责任公司和国内优秀厂家设备的煤矿实例进行立标、对标、达标、创标,论述了标杆管理的应用成果。
