摘要
通过对某电厂660MW超超临界锅炉的研究,在改变锅炉负荷、运行氧量、SOFA风量和配风方式等情况下,测定锅炉脱硝入口处NOx排放浓度,分析燃烧调整对NOx排放的影响。通过研究表明:在额定负荷运行时,氧量3.0%时,NOx排放最低;中负荷500MW运行时,氧量3.3%时,NOx排放最低。燃烧试验煤种时,当煤粉细度R90降低到25%时,NOx排放降低了4.2%;降低一次风量可以使NOx的排放降低;在额定负荷下,缩腰型配风方式NOx排放最低。
By studying the 660MW ultra supercritical boiler, this paper measures NOx emission concentration at the entrance of boiler denitration, analyzes the effects of combustion adjustment to the NOx emissions with various of boiler load, coefficient of excess air, sofa air and air distribution.The results demonstrate that NOx emissions are minimum under rated load and coefficient of excess air is 3 %.When boiler load turning into 500MW and coeffi-cient of excess air is 3.3%, NOx emissions is the least.According to combustion test of coal, NOx emissions de-cline when R90 is 25%, NOx emissions reduce by 4.2%.The emissions is the least with waist drum air distribution at the rated load.
