Transformation and Application of SF_6 Circuit Breaker in 220 kV Substation

广州珠江电厂220 kV升压站SF6断路器为瑞士ABB公司ELFSP4-1型产品换型改造的杭州西门子高压开关有限公司生产的户外、防污型三相机械联动型或三相电气联动型产品。从主变出口断路器、线路出口断路器、母联分段断路器和启动/备用变出口断路器四类不同断路器分别描述了断路器改造后的功能和现场应用情况,最后就改造和运行中发现和存在的问题进行了简要说明,并提出了今后维护运行中的注意事项。新改造的西门子公司SF6断路器现场运行良好。

Previously the SF6 circuit breakers of ELFSP4-1 type were applied to 220 kV substation in Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant, which were imported from the Swiss ABB Company.Now, they are replaced by outdoor, an-tifouling three-phase mechanical linkage or three-phase electrical linkage SF6 circuit breakers which are produced by the Siemens high voltage switch Co.Ltd.in Hangzhou.The breaker’s functions and application after transfor-mation are described in detail from four kinds of circuit breaker, i.e.,the main transformer circuit breaker, the line circuit breaker, the contact circuit breaker and start /spare transformer circuit breaker.Finally, the discovery and the existing problems in the reform and operation are explained briefly.And some matters needing attention in the future are put forward in the operation and maintenance.The SF6 circuit breakers are running well in field.
