螺旋CT与钼靶X线摄片用于乳腺癌筛查的对比分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT与钼靶X线摄片应用于乳腺癌筛查的临床价值。方法分析经手术病理证实的乳腺癌49例患者的病历资料,术前均行钼靶X线摄片与螺旋CT检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,将钼靶X线摄片与螺旋CT在乳腺癌筛查中的结果与病理检查结果进行对照分析。结果螺旋CT和钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的符合率分别为79.6%和65.3%,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钼靶X线检查联合螺旋CT检查的诊断符合率为95.9%,与单一检查方法比较,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。螺旋CT检查对钙化检出率(46.9%)低于钼靶X线(75.5%),而对腋窝淋巴结转移的检出率(89.2%)明显优于钼靶X线检查(64.9%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT、钼靶X线对乳腺癌的诊断均有重要价值,各有特点,临床联合应用能显著提高乳腺癌诊断的准确率。 Objective To explore the clinical value of Spiral CT and X-ray mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of pathologically confirmed breast cancer the medical records of 49 patients, preoperative X-ray mammography and spiral CT. With pathological findings as the gold standard, the X-ray mammography and spiral CT and pathologic examination results in breast cancer screening results were compared. Results Spiral CT and X-ray mammography for breast cs.ncer diagnosis compliance rates were 79.6 %, 63.5 %, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); molybdenum target X-ray diagnosis of joint compliance rate of spiral CT was 95.9 %, compared with a single inspection method, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Spiral CT exaraination of calcification detection rate (46.9 % ) was lower than X-ray mammography (75.5 %), while the detee tion rate of axillary lymph node metastasis (89.2%) was significantly better than mammography X-ray examination (64.9%), the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Spiral CT, X-ray mam- mography for diagnosis of breast cancer are of great value, and have their own characteristics, can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer.
