颌面外伤患者心理特征分析及围手术期护理

84 cases of maxillofacial trauma patient's psychological characteristic analysis and perioperative care

目的探讨颌面外伤患者的心理特征,并分析颌面外伤患者实施围手术期综合护理的临床效果。方法选取2013年1-12月收治的84例颌面外伤患者,按照护理方式的不同分为两组,每组42例。观察组实施围术期综合护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组患者护理满意度、依从性,应用SCL90评估表评估护理前后两组焦虑、抑郁状态情况。结果观察组、对照组的护理满意度分别为97.6%、71.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组、对照组的护理依从性分别为92.9%、76.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的SCL90评估表评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论颌面外伤患者进行围术期综合护理可显著缓解病人的抑郁、焦虑情绪,促进病情快速康复,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics of patients with maxillofacial trauma and the efficacy of implementation of perioperative nursing in patients with maxillofacial trauma. Methods 84 cases of maxillofacial trauma patients in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected and divided into two groups according the different methods of nursing points, each group contained 42 cases. The observation group was treated with the implement comprehensive perioperative nursing, the control group was treated with routine nursing, comparing two groups＇ satisfaction and compliance with nursing care, applying SCLg0 assessment to evaluate the two groups anxiety and depression before and after nursing. Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group and control group were 97.6 %, 71.4%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the observation group and control group of treatment adherence were 92.90%, 76.2 %, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The SCL900 evaluation table score of observation group was superior to that of control group, difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with maxillofacial trauma comprehensive perioperative care can significantly relieve the patient＇s adverse emotions such as depression, anxiety, recover quickly, worth clinical promotion.
