破解“国际商法”双语教学瓶颈问题研究——基于荷兰萨克逊大学“国际商法”教学实践的启示

On Countermeasures to Break the Bottleneck in Bilingual Teaching for International Commercial Law——Based on the Teaching Practice of International Commercial Law in the Netherlands' Saxion University

文章在阐述荷兰萨克逊大学"国际商法"教学实践的基础上,分析了当前我国"国际商法"双语教学中存在的问题,并从教材建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设等三方面提出了相应的解决措施,具有一定的指导意义。

Based on an introduction of the Teaching Practice of International Commercial Law in the Netherlands’Saxion University, this article analyzes the problems arising from the bilingual teaching of Interna-tional Commercial Law in China as well as puts forward the countermeasures from such angles as the construction of textbooks, the construction of curriculum and the construction of teachers’team, which is of certain guiding significance.
