摘要 [目的]探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人希望水平与生活质量的相关性。[方法]采用Herth希望水平量表(HHI)和糖尿病病人生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)对190例2型糖尿病病人进行问卷调查。[结果]2型糖尿病病人希望水平总分为32.19分±6.00分,生活质量总分为69.10分±13.63分。希望水平与生活质量呈正相关关系(r=0.221,P<0.01)。[结论]2型糖尿病病人希望水平呈中等水平,希望水平与生活质量呈正相关,希望水平越高病人生活质量越好。 Objective：To probe into the correlation between hope level and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods：A total of 190 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated with the Herth Hope Index （HHI）scale and the Diabetes Patients’Quality of Life （DSQL）scale.Results：The total score of hope level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 32.19±6.00,and the total score of quality of life was 69.10±13.63.Hope level was positively correlated with quality of life （r=0.221,P〈0.01）.Conclu-sion：The hope level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is at the medium level,and it is positively correla-ted with quality of life.The higher the hope level is,the better the quality of life is.
