中西医结合治疗手足口病的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease with combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗手足口病的临床护理措施。方法：选取60例手足口病患儿，所有患儿均采用中西医结合治疗，并辅以积极的护理干预，观察其护理效果。结果：本组患儿经中西医结合治疗结合积极的护理干预后，共有48例患儿治愈，治愈率为80.00%；有11例患儿好转，好转率为18.33%；1例患儿无效，占1.67%，总有效率为98.3%。结论：手足口病采取中西医结合治疗与积极的护理干预效果显著，能有效缓解患儿的症状，促使其尽早康复，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the combined clinical nursing measures of the patients with hand foot mouth disease of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods： 60 cases of hand foot and mouth disease, all patients were treated by combined western and Chinese medicine, andnursing intervention combined with positive, observe the effect of nursing care.Results： In this group of children by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with nursing intervention actively, a total of 48 cases were cured, the cure rate was 80%, 11 cases were improved, the improvement rate was 18.33%, 1 cases are invalid, accounting for 1.67%, the total effective rate was 98.3%. Conclusion： Hand foot and mouth disease to take a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment and the positive nursing intervention effect significantly, can effectively alleviate thesymptoms, urging it to rehabilitation, worth in clinical application.
