心理干预对骨科择期手术患者心理状况的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on the mental status of orthopedic patients undergoing selective operation

目的：探讨心理干预对骨科择期手术患者心理状况的作用，为骨科择期手术患者提出可行的心理护理措施。方法：对照组和观察组各228例骨科择期手术患者，对照组患者行骨科疾病常规护理的方法，观察组则在常规护理的基础上行综合的心理护理干预方法，包括健康教育等。结果：患者入院期间普遍存在情绪障碍、焦虑、抑郁等；在护理前后SAS、SDS评分比较上，经心理护理干预后观察组术前1 d的焦虑程度比入院时显著降低（P＜0.05）；对照组术前1d的焦虑程度比入院时反而有所增加（P＜0.05）；但是两组患者的抑郁评分在手术前后没有显著变化（P＞0.05）；观察组的228例患者通过者心理护理干预，有效地缓解了术前紧张、担忧情绪，对护理工作的满意度达98%以上。结论：心理护理干预对骨科择期手术患者的心理健康具有积极的作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of mental intervention on mental status of patients in the Department of orthopedics of the elective operation, put forward the psychological nursing measures for patients undergoing selective operation feasible Department of orthopedics. Methods： 228 cases of the control of the Department of orthopedics patients undergoing selective operation group and observation group, the control method of the Department of orthopedics disease routine nursing implementation of patient group, the observation group while the psychological nursing intervention combined method basing on the routine nursing care, including health education. Results： Patients admitted during the general existence of mood disorders, anxiety, depression; nursing care before and after the comparison of SAS, SDS in the score of psychological nursing intervention, the patients of the observation group after 1 D significantly reduce anxiety than admission （P 0.05）; observation group of 228 patients through psychological nursing intervention before operation, effectively easing the tension, fear, nursing job satisfaction more than 98%. Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention has a positive effect on patients undergoing elective operation in Department of orthopedics of mental health.
