Analysis on the Effect of Nurse-patient Communication in Childbirth

目的：分析护理沟通在产科分娩中的效果。方法：采用100例产妇在分娩中采用护理沟通的自然分娩率比较。结果：通过分娩中应用护理沟通，提高顺产率，减少新生儿窒息发生率及围产儿死亡率，提高产妇信任度和医院率。结论：在分娩中应用护理沟通，促进产妇对护理人员的信任和依赖，从而减少产妇及围产儿的死亡率，提高产科护理质量，提高医院总体效益，打造优质护理的品牌医院。

Objective：To analyze the nursing communication effect in obstetric delivery. Methods：100 cases of maternal nursing communication in the delivery of natural births compared. Results：Through the application of childbirth nursing communication, improve ShunChanLv, reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and perinatal mortality, improve maternal confidence and the rate of hospital. Conclusion：The application of nursing communication in childbirth, and promote the maternal to the nursing staff＇s trust and rely on, so as to reduce maternal and perinatal mortality and improve the quality of obstetric care, raise overall efficiency of hospital, to create the high quality nursing care hospital.
