厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片与厄贝沙坦、氢氯噻嗪片对高血压的治疗疗效对比评估

1／1的：探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片（安博诺）与厄贝沙坦、氢氯噻嗪片对高血压的治疗疗效对比。方法：将郫县三道堰镇农村高血压病患者80例分为A组口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片（安博诺）1片／qd40例，B组口服厄贝沙坦片（苏适）0．15／qd，氢氯噻嗪片12．5mg／qd40例两组，进行治疗追踪。结果：A组患者血压控制率为79．6％，B组患者血压控制率为70．8％，结论：厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪复方片（安博诺）与厄贝沙坦（苏适）、氢氯噻嗪片对高血压的治疗疗效相当，无统计学差异。

Objective： To evaluate the treatment efficacy of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide compound tablets and irbesartan combining hydrochlorothiazide on hypertension. Methods： 80 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into A group （40 cases） using irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide compound tablets 1 piece/qd and B group （40 cases） using irbesartan 0.15/qd and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg/qd, the curative effect were compared in two groups. Results： The control rate of blood pressure was 79.6% in A group and 70.8% in B group. Conclusion：There is no statistical difference of the treatment efficacy between two groups.
