新世纪高校教师师德培养研究

从学校教育诞生之日起,教师就作为一种特殊的社会职业而存在。教师职业与其他社会职业一样,有其自身的内涵和特点。通过对近五年来国家领导人在教师节对教师要求的分析,可以看出我国教师教育现状与职业专业化要求还有相当的距离。结合我国高校教师师德的现状,为了完善新时期师德建设,提出了对应的措施。
