网络文化影响下大学生的公民责任意识研究——以网络谣言为例

良好的公民责任意识,是维持国家正常运转和推动社会前进的精神动力。青少年尤其是大学生群体作为国家和民族未来主要的承继者,其公民责任意识的高低、理性与否,直接影响着社会秩序的建立。在现今以网络文化为主的多元文化影响下,大学生的公民责任意识也不断受到冲击和考验。以网络谣言为例,本文通过分析大学生的公民责任意识现状,探讨网络文化对公民责任意识的影响和教育途径。

Good consciousness of civic responsibility is the spiritual force to maintain the national normal operation and promoting social progress. As the main successors of country and the nation＇s future, whether teenagers especially college students possess strong and rational civic responsibility or not, which directly affects the establishment of social order. The influence of multicultural composed of network culture in college students nowadays, the consciousness of civic responsibility have been subject to impact and test. In case of the network rumor, this paper through analysis of the present situation of College Students＇ consciousness of civic responsibility, to explore the impact of network culture on citizen responsibility consciousness and find the way of education.
