摘要
论文结合国内正在进行的校院二级改革的形式,在科研管理领域对国外二级学院管理理念进行深入剖析,并对我国高校二级学院科研管理理念提出建议。
The paper combined with the school grade two the ongoing reform of domestic form, analyzed the management of scientific research in the field of foreign grade two school of management concept, and puts forward some suggestions of scientific research management idea to our country university two college.
