摘要
结合超细氢氧化铝的研究现状,在实验室对铝酸钠溶液加晶种分解制备超细氢氧化铝的工艺条件进行了系统研究,重点研究了分解温度、分解时间、种子率、精液分子比对氢氧化铝粒度分布以及铝酸钠溶液分解率的影响结果表明,最佳条件为:反应温度50℃,时间10 h,分子比1.5,种子率20%.
Preparation of superfine aluminum hydroxide by seed precipitation in sodium aluminate solution was comprehensively investigated in the laborary. The work was focused on effects of reaction temperature,time,seed ratio and solution molecule size on particle distribution of aluminum hydroxide and decomposition ratio of sodium aluminate. The result showed that the optimum condition is that reaction temperature is 50 ℃,time is 10 h,molecule ratio is 1. 5 and the seed ratio is 20%.
