摘要
采用化学气相沉积法,以二甲苯为碳源,二茂铁为催化剂,在球面半径分别为0.5 mm、1 mm、1.5 mm的石英基底上制备锥向阵列碳纳米管薄膜,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)等对样品进行了表征。结果表明,随着曲率半径的增加,锥向阵列碳纳米管的定向性变差;曲率半径为0.5 mm的球面上制备的阵列碳纳米管更具有锥形,定向性良好,管身平直,纯度高。
Using xylene as carbon source and ferrocene as catalyst, centripetal carbon nanotube arrays (CCNAs) were prepared via chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on concave spherical surface with spherical radius of 0. 5 ram, 1 mm and 1.5 mm in quartz substrate. The structures of samples were analyzed through scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy (Raman), etc. The results show that as the radius of curvature increasing, the directionality of CCNAs gets worse. The CCNAs with curvature radius of 0.5 mm has the best centripetal directionality, straightness and highest purity.
