摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了Cu Co Al水滑石,利用XRD、SEM、TG-DTA、UV-vis DRS、比表面积和孔径分析等方法分析表征样品,并测试了可见光下降解甲基橙的活性。结果表明,Cu∶Co∶Al=1∶1∶1时制备的Cu Co Al水滑石结晶度高,层状结构完整,比表面积较大,孔径适宜,在甲基橙浓度为20 mg/L,催化剂添加量为1 g/L时,4 h内可见光下甲基橙的降解率可达97%,降解过程符合一级反应动力学特征。Cu Co Al水滑石层板上扭曲的Cu O6八面体,Co2+的电子捕获及传递能力,层板上OH-的传递电子能力均使得Cu Co Al LDHs具有高的可见光催化活性。
CuCoAl layered double hydroxides (LDHs) were prepared by co-precipatation. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TG-DTA, UV-vis DRS and BET surface area. The photocatalytic performance for degradation of methyl orange was investigated. The results show that the CuCoAl LDHs with higher crystallinity, perfect layered structure, larger specific surface area and suitable pore distribution was prepared at Cu: Co: Al = 1 : 1 : 1. At the condition as the methyl orange concentration of 20 mg/L and the catalyst dosage of 1 g/L, the methyl orange degradation of 97% can be reached under visible-light irradiation for 4 h. The degradati distorted CuO_6 oetahedral in the layers, the capture to improve the photocatalytie activity. on process followed the first-order kinetics. Both the and transfer abilities of Co^2+ and OH - are beneficial to improve the photocatalytic activity.
