Analysis and preventive measures to weld defects in welded joints of 15CrMoG nozzles to DIWA353 drum shell of biomass boiler

针对锅炉制造现场出现的焊接质量问题,通过对材料、焊接过程和缺陷的分析,分析焊接缺陷产生原因,并提出对策,采取设计和工艺措施,杜绝此类问题在后续生产中再次发生。

For the quality problems appeared in boiler manufacturing site,the causes of this weld defects were found out by analyzing materials,welding process and defects.The countermeasures were proposed and such problems were avoided to happen again in the later production by taking the design and process measures.
