摘要 SA-203 GrE分解塔要求考核焊缝-80℃低温韧性,进口焊条和埋弧焊丝均通过工艺评定。GMAW由于无相应的进口焊丝,首次采用国产焊接材料HS06Mn35DR。结果表明:HS06Mn35DR焊接工艺性好,接头低温韧性优良,焊接工艺评定满足所有要求,产品检测性能全部合格。GMAW的首次使用,实现了国产焊接材料在该项目上的应用,同时大大提高了生产效率。 The toughness of welded joint at-80℃ is required to be examined in SA-203 GrE decomposition tower.The welding procedure qualification has passed for both imported welding electrode and homemade submerged arc welding wire.Homemade welding consumables HS06Mn35 DR is first applied due to the absence of the corresponding GMAW wire.The results showed that HS06Mn35 DR welding wire has good weldability and excellent low temperature toughness,all requirements are met in welding procedure qualification.The application of homemade welding consumables in this project was achieved for the first use of GMAW process,at the same time the manufacturing efficiency was greatly improved.
