摘要
主要研究了锆铜与镍基高温合金扩散钎焊界面微观组织及性能,通过试验研究表明锆铜侧电镀银后能与镍基高温合金形成良好的扩散钎焊焊缝。经微观组织分析表明焊缝处形成铜银相,力学性能研究表明接头强度可达200 MPa以上,断裂位置主要在锆铜侧,部分试件断裂发生在焊缝处,经扫描电子显微镜观察表明断裂在焊缝处的断裂方式也为韧性断裂。
Microstructure and properties of zirconium copper and nickel base high-temperature alloy diffusion brazing joint were studied.The results showed that zirconium copper was plated with silver to form good diffusion brazing joint with nickel base high-temperature alloy.The microstructure analysis showed that copper silver phase forms in the brazed joint.The study of mechanical properties showed that the joint strength can reach above 200 MPa,and the fracture mainly appears at the zirconium copper side,some fractures occur at the weld joint.It was observed by scanning electron microscope that the fracture mode of the brazed joint is ductile fracture.
