摘要
针对高强钢压力钢管对焊接质量的要求,从焊工进场培训、现场考核、过程优选及现场管理制度创新等环节,进行了有益的探索和研究,总结出一套完善的培训工艺流程和管理制度,保证了现场焊接质量,提高了焊缝一次探伤合格率,可为类似工程施工提供参考和借鉴。
For the requests of welding quality in welding of high strength pressure steel pipe,The beneficial exploration and research were carried out from the welder training for entering welding site,field inspection,process optimization,and field management system innovation and so on.A set of perfect training process and management system was summarized to assure the site welding quality and increase the primary welding qualification,which can provide reference for the similar engineering construction.
